RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Any item sold By Motorcyco Supply Company must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Your account or other form of payment will be credited within 5 days of receipt of the product. We will refund the product cost only. We do not refund shipping or pay for return shipment if the the parts that were ordered were received. Any used or parts damaged from suspected misuse will not be accepted for a refund. Custom orders are not available for return.
To return an order or product please include your contact info as well as your order number, if available and a note stating why you would like to return the packaged product. We recommend that you insure your return package or send it in a traceable method. Motorcyco Supply Company is not responsible for returns until they are received by us. Electrical items are not eligible for refunds or replacement.
Custom and/or handmade independent shop items
These items typically have a lead time involved. Make sure you check with us prior to ordering so that we can give you an estimated lead time on these products.
